Orders
All orders placed before 12.00 GMT (Monday – Friday) are dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after this or on weekends are shipped the next working day. Delivery within Ireland takes 2-3 days
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return item to us in their original condition with labels still intact within 14 days of receipt to : Pink Ivy Boutique, Derrendaragh, Lettermore, Galway H91W923
We will issue a full refund (excluding delivery).
Returns & refunds
Any item that is soiled and/or damaged (including smoke or fake tan) will not be refunded and any returned items will be resent back to the original delivery address.
You have 14 days from receipt of the item to return it to us.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us.
For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility
Please be aware that return postage fees cannot be refunded unless the reason for the return of the goods was due to an error made by us. If the error is ours we will then refund postage costs up to a maximum of the postage price you originally paid on your order.
UK Returns ( please note gift on returns form and to the value of £30 ) or else duty will have to paid by you.
Incorrect or faulty items
If your order is incorrect or item is faulty please email hello@pinkivyboutique.ie with your name, order number, item name, within 14 days of purchase .We will then despatch the correct item if it is in stock for you on a next day service after we have received and processed your wrong/faulty item.
We will also refund you your shipping cost for your item.
Exchange for different size
We will exchange items due to incorrect sizing as long as it is still in ‘as new’ condition.
Exchanges can take up to 7 days to be processed and once it has been approved, we will send out the replacement item to you free of charge.
If we are unable to exchange an item, we will offer a full refund (excluding the original shipping cost)
The latest acceptable date for returns is 14 days after you receive your order. All goods should be returned via a traceable service to: Pink Ivy Boutique, Derrendaragh, Lettermore, Galway H91W923
Free delivery promotions only apply to the Republic of Ireland Standard Delivery.
